Terms & Conditions: 
- Special Requests: Jakarta airport transfer to locations outside Jakarta city (i.e. Bandung, Bogor, Puncak, Cirebon, Bekasi etc), please contact us 
- Rates include personal driver & meet-and-greet at immigration exit gates
- Pick-up airport city: Soekarno Hatta International Airport (Jakarta) only
- Any delay exceeding 1 Hour from the requested pick-up time for Transfer jobs, the delay shall be chargeable at IDR 35,000 per hour, rounded off to the nearest hour.
- Jakarta Airport Transfer reserves the right to change the choice of car for transfer provided that the car size and capacity are accommodated as requested
- Jakarta Airport Transfer reserves the right to charge additional fees for overtime rental
- The customer acknowledge and takes responsibility on choice of car for transfer. Jakarta Airport Transfer will not be liable in the situation of inconvenience
- The customer takes responsibility in providing necessary & accurate information in details related to airport transfer services
- All rates are stated in USD only 

Cancellation Policy: 
- If the booking is cancelled  7 days before the car rental booking date, all payment will be refunded
- If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the car rental booking date, a cancellation fee of 30% of total pre-payment (including 100% PayPal payment fees) will be implemented; Remaining amount will be refunded. 
- If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pickup time, we will retain full pre-payment

Reschedule Policy:
- All rescheduled bookings is only allowed a 7 days window period  
- If the booking is re-scheduled 7 days before the car rental booking date, no penalty fee will be implemented
- If the booking is re-scheduled less than 7 days before the car rental booking date, a penalty fee of 30% of total pre-payment will be implemented
- If the booking is re-scheduled less than 48 hours before the pickup time, we will retain full pre-payment
