Yes, but this is only applicable for long term lease, minimum 12-months.
If I rent a vehiclefor 12 Hours, can I split the 12 Hours time between 2 days?
No, the 12 Hours rental service must be continuous.
I need to use the vehiclefor more than 12 Hours within 1 day?
Yes,you may use the vehicle for more than 12 Hours. However, there will be an overtime charge on hourly basis.
What are the overtime chargesfor 12 Hours rental service?
Overtime charges vary depending on type of vehicle and city.

Howdo I make payment?
Customers may have the followingpayment options:
1. Credit / Debit card via PayPal Online
2. BankTransfer (Indonesia: BCA or Mandiri only)
3. BankTransfer (Singapore: POSB only)
For international wiretransfers, please make sure that any bank fees is borne upon by the customer.
Willyou send me a receipt after I have madepayment?
Yes, after receiving payment confirmation, we will send a receipt via email (PDF) within 6 Hours.
Can I pay online with my credit/debit card?
Yes, we provide secure online payments with PayPal.You may choose to make credit/debit card payment OR with your PayPal account.

Where do I pick up the vehicle?
As all vehicles are equipped withdrivers, self-pickup is not necessary.Your personal driver will report to place and time as per customer request.
Are your drivers qualified?
All our drivers are licensed with the Surat Izin Mengemudi or Driving License. At the same time, we carry out periodic training on customer service standards.
Do your drivers speak/understand English?
Our drivers speak/understand basic English.
