Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.
1. GENERAL
When you carry out a reservation, your contract will be done with the company JakartaAirportTransfer.com.
2. PRICES
The prices posted on the site can change without notice, however the price mentioned at the time of the confirmation of reservation is guaranteed to you.
We accept payments in USD, SGD or IDR only. Exchange rates will be calculated on the day of the payment.
3. PAYMENT
For all reservations, a FULL payment is required in order to guarantee the reservation. The reservation will not be confirmed until we receive the confirmation of your payment.
4. CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULE OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER
All booking is confirmed following a pre-payment
If the booking is cancelled 7 days before the car rental booking date, all payment will be refunded
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the car rental booking date, a cancellation fee of 30% of total pre-payment & fees for PayPal (if applicable) will be implemented; Remaining amount will be refunded
If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pickup time, we will retain full pre-payment
All rescheduled bookings is only allowed a 7 days window period
If the booking is re-scheduled 7 days before the car rental booking date, no penalty fee will be implemented
If the booking is re-scheduled less than 7 days before the car rental booking date, a penalty fee of 30% of total pre-payment will be implemented If the booking is re-scheduled less than 48 hours before the pickup time, we will retain full pre-payment
5. EXACTITUDE OF INFORMATION
JakartaAirportTransfer.com provides the maximum of efforts to make sure that the pictures and the descriptions provided of the vehicles are accurate as well as possible, we cannot accept the responsibility for the possible errors contained on the site.
6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CUSTOMER
It’s the responsibility of the customer to treat with respect the vehicles. The damage caused by the customers can be charge by JakartaAirportTransfer.com.
7. SAFETY OF THE INVALUABLE OBJECTS
Any invaluable object left in the vehicle is under your responsibility. JakartaAirportTransfer.com will not be held responsible in the event of loss, of damage because of a steal or any other event.
8. VIP FastTrack Pass
All visitors to Jakarta - Indonesia must possess a passport valid for at least six months after arrival date in Indonesia with proof of onward passage, with either return or through tickets. Passport must be valid with an expiry date at least of six months beyond the expected date of departure from Indonesia. Otherwise entry may be refused.
VOA COST ( VISA ON ARRIVAL ) is not Included in the service.
Also be aware that Immigration officials calculate the 30-day period as follows: your arrival day is counted as your first day, and you must leave the country on the 30th day.
